Blueberry Monster

My kids love this recipe! You can make it thicker by using less milk, or thinner by adding ice or using more milk.

You need:

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup baby kale
  • 1/2 banana
  • 8 ounces milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

 

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients into blender. Puree until smooth. Enjoy!

TIP

Freeze ripened bananas for later use. Frozen fruit make great smoothies.
