My kids love this recipe! You can make it thicker by using less milk, or thinner by adding ice or using more milk.
You need:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup baby kale
- 1/2 banana
- 8 ounces milk of your choice
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
Directions
- Combine all ingredients into blender. Puree until smooth. Enjoy!
TIP
Freeze ripened bananas for later use. Frozen fruit make great smoothies.
