Breakfast Milk Shake

  • Large handful spinach
  • Large handful Kale
  • 1 celery stalk (cut into chunks)
  • 1 apple (cut into chunks)
  • 1 tbsp nut butter of your choice
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 8-10 ounces of milk of your choice
  • 1 scoop favorite protein powder
  • Ice if you want (you may need to decrease the liquid milk volume for a thicker smoothie)

Add all ingredients to blender, pulverize and enjoy

Tip: When blending add liquid first then chunky foods for a smoother finish
